This company built my home in 2006 and I could not be more satisfied with the work and relationship with the contractor. My home was built on time and on budget and my wife and I are completely satisfied with the work. If fact, the contractor has done work after the warranty ran out and did not charge us. The house made is through Hurricane Dolly with very little damage and is extremely well built. If you need work done on SPI, this is the company to have do it!
I put one star because you must rate to fill out a review of this business and this was the lowest I could rate it! This builder is one of the slowest non professional builders it has been my misfortune to use, the deck I had built in conjunction with my house (another nightmare) was built with the vapor barrier under the sub-floor instead of over it.
