I HAVE HAD THE MOST UNFORTUNATE INTERACTIONS OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF RESPONSE FROM THIS WORLWIDE BASED COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RATIFY SOME CERTIFICATION FROM THE 16.09.2023 BUT HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS WHATSOVER. I HAVE EVEN EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES BEFORE WRITING ON THIS PLATFORM AND STILL NO RESPONSE. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED WITH MY VERIFICATION PROCESS SO THAT I COULD ENSURE PROPER SUPPLIER SELECTION. Great place very friendly. Update on this review - well I guess I spoke to soon. So I guess I waisted three days of work to do all the leg work on this job . Then they go ghost . I was under the impression the job was a go and then ? Don't know I emailed called and texted them . NO reply Guess they don't understand time is money!
