Chelsea is great to work with and always gets back to you. We had 3 units and stored 3 trailers. She worked well with us. We stored our items from Dec 2024-Aug 2025. When Bay Minette flooded we checked our 3 units as told. Two of them were fine, 3rd one, (it was slam packed). Opened the door checked items to the front looked fine so we thought. First and second unit we unloaded about 2 months ago everything was fine but had a musty stench.. like a storage unit. We had deer heads in there that mice ate the noses and ears off ... read more
