I was led to believe my bag would be fixed. Sure, the bag was fixed but the stitch and work was horrible. I expressed that I was not pleased and the owner flat out REFUSED to apologize and had the nerve to blame me because I expected better work. I even said,"All I'm looking for is an apology." she shook her head and said NO.

They ruined the soil of my boots. The work supposedly was simple, just to glue them but gave me the boot with cracks in the hill. �

I travel for work, so I depend on dry cleaners to keep my clothes looking good. It's hard to find a really good cleaner, but I found one here. These folks are great. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. I didn't even have to ask for same day service ... that was a first!! Best of all, ALL my clothes come back to me. Thank you all so much. You make my life easier.

Great Dry Cleaner – Mrs Lee trains her staff in all details of the collection of clothes, of proper handling, and how to make sure they give us back the correct clothes when we pick them up. We have been going to this dry cleaner for over 5 years and feel like family. Everyone greets us by name and efficiently takes care of our dry cleaning and laundry needs. Cudos to an owner and staff who really care about thier customers.
