Two area rugs that I dropped off at different times were ruined and staff at this company chose to not inform me. Instead they let me discover the messes once the rugs were home and unrolled. Both rugs had content labels attached so proper cleaning solutions and handling could be done. Both were returned discolored (yellowed) from the original and the second, a weave, was so distorted it could not be used.
We had water in our basement in April. The company responded promptly and the men they sent out were fine. However, they decided that our brand new bound carpeting could not be saved and THREW IT AWAY BEFORE CONSULTING WITH US. I wanted to have it cleaned which is why I used a carpet cleaning business. Their charges were outrageous. I met with the owner who threatened to sue me and put a lien on my house if I did not pay the additional charges.
