Two area rugs that I dropped off at different times were ruined and staff at this company chose to not inform me. Instead they let me discover the messes once the rugs were home and unrolled. Both rugs had content labels attached so proper cleaning solutions and handling could be done. Both were returned discolored (yellowed) from the original and the second, a weave, was so distorted it could not be used.
