Of the three companies I had come out, including one who charged $150 just to show up, Jake was the one who listened to what we wanted and used his knowledge and experience to lead us to the right fireplace insert. He and Joe did exactly what and when they said they would in a low-key and positive manner, and the result is fantastic. Highly recommended.
