I became a patient in April 2020. The doctor seemed competent, but the office staff is seriously lacking. They cannot comprehend, for some unknown reason, that you bill Medicare first and then my secondary insurance. They have been non-responsive to my secondary insurance provider and continue to bill for services for which they have been paid.
