Went in to do my taxes, had to make an appointment two weeks out to finish them cause they were "busy". Went in to be told they lost my paperwork and didn't have an appointment for me. Had to go back in later that day and lose a day of work to get everything done. They still weren't ready. They had me there for another hour. I decide to do my taxes at this location try something new. Back April 6 a turn in my paperwork with a 100$ dollars deposit during this period of waiting time until today May 17 I still waiting for my taxes to be finish I know seriously right, but it is the true I’m still waiting.
