We could not be more thrilled with the result of our install. Wayne did a tremendous job understanding our specific needs. Blake did a great job creating our visual rendering, which was helpful for our plumber and electrician. Marisa was incredibly knowledgeable helping us select our surfaces, as well as scheduling Luis for the install. A project like this is a serious investment, so why would you rely on a landscaper or general contractor who does this work “on the side”? BBQ Islands really delivered on my new deck upgrade. The team was professional and communicative throughout — they listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure everything fit perfectly with my existing deck. Installation went smoothly and on schedule, which I appreciated since I work from home and didn’t want disruptions. I would like to appreciate Marisa for her tremendous support and guidance throughout my Outdoor BBQ Kitchen project. I have hired a local contractor to build my outdoor kitchen, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake, in terms of delays, quality and multiple rework. I bought only grill appliances from Bay Area BBQ Islands and not the installation service. So, Marisa wasn't obligated to support me with fixing the installation mistakes done by my local contractor.
