A terrible experience has at least two sides of story, here is mine: I wanted to sell my car, and I read good reviews about this place. I went to the store. The person in the store inspected the car, having testing drive, and communicated with the owner of the place. He offered a number, I asked for two hundred bucks more, he said I can wait for an hour and the owner would come to the store and checked the car, or he suggested me to come again a day before my flight. First time buying a used car. From the moment i got to the lot, Herman was very helpful and never tried or forced me to try a car out of my budget. We took a car to a mechanic to be tested and meanwhile i tried a Ford Escape 2006 hybrid 182k mi. Everything inside and outside was neat; no dents or scratches.
