Great Experience! Dr Joshi and Natalie have a superb demeanor with patients, clearly explaining and facilitating diagnosis, lab results, expectations, options, and responding to all my questions. I highly recommend this practice 👌
Husband had his first visit. Our appointment was on time, the ancillary staff were all friendly and helpful. APRN Natalie took her time to get an accurate medical history. Dr Joshi has excellent bedside manner and took the time to patiently explain a complex medical topic in simple terms. Phlebotomist was patient and professional. Great practice all around.
HORRIBLE! Unprofessional! As a new patient, we had high hopes for this office since the Google reviews are fairly decent. My husband has been in a level 10 pain for months and it took quite a while for a new patient appt. Our first visit in Feb 2025 the doctor was out of the office. In Mid March 2025 same situation. Both times we had to see the nurse practitioner. After the first appt labs were ordered and a sonogram. The employee who did the sonogram wasn’t nice, at all. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joshi for over 8 years and I’m glad I found him. Previously, I was under the care of the VA and their Rheumatology department, but I got little done with them, I believe because my VA Dermatologist, Dr. B. Was doing such a good job for my Scleroderma. Dr. Joshi verified everything the VA found and actually found a few new issues. Dr. Joshi and his entire clinic are at the top of my list for great medical care.!. Thanks Doctor & your staff.!.
Heather Joura and Dr. Joshi are amazing. Attentive and so knowledgeable. Always take the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommended them both.
