Absolutely the BEST service I have received in a long time. Darren and all worked to find the best possible refrigerator for me after a very bad experience at another company. They sold me a Speed Queen washer three years ago, and it has been as good as they said. Reliable. But the kicker is when my current refrigerator died 3 weeks before the warranty stopped, it completely stopped cooling and the Kenmore/Sears folks did not back their warranty with any amount of service.
