Always good customer service from Gene and his son. We have bought many appliances over the years from them and they have always supported us with any parts that were needed. Even going so far as to give us a motor off of a floor model Maytag dryer to replace ours that was still under warranty so that we wouldn't have to wait for shipping. Good people who actually know what they are selling vs the big box stores. -Eliot
I've tried to contact these people on two separate occasions. Once they hung up on me, once they were polite, but never called back with the information promised. Seriously, I don't think it's me! I had a good experience with Reliable Parts in Berkeley, I swear! :)
