Very polite gentleman. He assisted me with a parts issue at Home Depot when the employees repeatedly said they didn't have it. Sure enough he was correct & now my shower faucets are working perfectly.

Every courteous. Very professional. In time. Christians (A Plus). Knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. No gouging. Took the time to educate me on my system, to include my water softener and exterior hose bibs. Would definitely recommend and use again.
