Bay & Basin stored our caravan for 3 years. They were always very friendly and professional to deal with and we felt that our caravan was extremely safe in their yard.
Not a normal review, but consider this. We were unfortunately involved in a collision at the roundabout beside this business. One of the Co-owners - Kim, came running out to assist us. We had our elderly parents in the car. Kim opened up her office gave hospitality and welcomed us in for a considerable amount of time as we navigated through the situation. Friendly staff and fair pricing
I Highly recommend these guys. It is the little things like contacting me about moving my boat so they could remove a tree which might fall, letting me know and sending pics of a cover that had developed a rip from weather and easy arrangements to access my boat to use and then return. Whenever I made an appointment they were always bang on time to give me access and nothing was every too much trouble. Email communication was prompt and just so easy.
