As usual, the entire process, from receiving notice of a low system battery, to making a tech appointment, to arriving on time and replacing the battery l, went very well. I have used Bay for 18 years in 3 different homes and can vouch for their professionalism and customer service focus with installs and maintenance. No comparison between Bay and its national competitors….Bay is the best!

Driving to Ventura on S Victoria Ave, Bay Alarm van was cutting people off, accelerating fast just to get in front of cars and end up at the same red light as everyone else. No turn signals whatsoever, and cut in front of me last second causing me to step on the brakes. Had I not been paying close attention to the van because of how he/she was driving, there would have been a crash. The car behind me had to slam on the brakes as well.
