Bay Alarm is consistently on top of any issues that arise with our system and alert us to any issues detected. Their response and repairs, if needed is always expeditious. They communicate about their arrival and a finish summary is sent almost immediately. I would highly recommend this great company!

Constant rate increases. No longer reasonable rates and poor customer service.
Long time customer. The alarm has worked for the most part all of these years so really didn't have much to complain about other than them constantly showing up unannounced for inspections. A leak in the fire sprinkler switch was found so I paid someone to come out and replace the switch. There were 3 wires that needed to be connected but the installer said that Bay Alarm had to do the wiring. Bay Alarm came out to do the wiring. They were here for less than an hour and twenty mins. That seemed excessive to connect 3 wires. ... read more
