Inherited a security and fire system from a previous owner who used Bay Alarm. Looked into options for continuing monitoring and maintenance of the current system, Bay Alarm wouldn't agree to look at maintenance until we 'upgraded' the system to the tune of 2k despite the fact that it was already a fully functioning system. As others said, this a company looking to install proprietary equipment and keep you locked out of controlling it so that they can nickel and dime you at every aspect. Marco was very communicative about our concern and was able to identify and fix it in a timely manner. He went through everything with Me and made sure the system was working properly and asked if I had any questions before he left. THANK YOU MARCO You're AWESOME!
Remind me to never to business with this company. I've given years to them but when I move out of state, they screw me.
