Inherited a security and fire system from a previous owner who used Bay Alarm. Looked into options for continuing monitoring and maintenance of the current system, Bay Alarm wouldn't agree to look at maintenance until we 'upgraded' the system to the tune of 2k despite the fact that it was already a fully functioning system. As others said, this a company looking to install proprietary equipment and keep you locked out of controlling it so that they can nickel and dime you at every aspect. Remind me to never to business with this company. I've given years to them but when I move out of state, they screw me.
Sketchy company. We had signed with them for our small business. After experiencing bad customer service we decided to swap alarm company. The guys came with a terrible attitude. The same night the system was removed, we got broken into. How did the know there was no alarm system that 1st night? Shady. AVOID THEM
