Sketchy company. We had signed with them for our small business. After experiencing bad customer service we decided to swap alarm company. The guys came with a terrible attitude. The same night the system was removed, we got broken into. How did the know there was no alarm system that 1st night? Shady. AVOID THEM
I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who just took care of 2 issues for me. It's 10 am on Saturday. She verified my billing and is sending me an insurance certificate. Thank you so much.
