Bay alarm is reliable and show lot's of empathy during our break in. The came and helped us install a new burglar alarm at a very reasonable price. The workmanship was very clean, punctual, and efficient. The sales team was also very kind and not pushy at all. I recommend doing business with Bay alarm .
Bay Alarm has been a nightmare from day one. After enduring five years of price gouging, overcharging service fees, and dealing with incompetent customer care, we are finally free. Their sketchy permit fees don't match LA County Fire Department regulations, and even fire captains and inspectors recommend avoiding them due to their notorious overcharging.
