I have been using Bay Agency for over 10 years and I've always been very happy with their service. On policy renewals they will shop for the best rates and value and make suggestions regarding coverage options. They communicate well and are always helpful and friendly when I call to discuss my insurance. I highly recommend them.
Excellent client service from the office staff, however, the owner/broker/agent should find a new line of work. Client service is abysmal. Client for 13 years with premiums <$20k annually. Broker never once spoke to me. Had difficulty dealing with recent, complicated claim and when asking for help to understand process, agent obviously prefers to hide behind a barrage of emails. Worst Client service I've experienced in 40+ years as a business owner. Find another brokerage.
