I would not consider this 1 star review from blondy due to lack of details. I have been going to Bay 4 for over 10 years and Rick is very fair especially compared to the major dealerships I have dealt with.
Do not even consider this place. Move on to other options. You'll only regret it if you decide to give them your business. Don't say you getting get a warning.
