Utterly pathetic and incompetent property managers. I was a tenant in a place managed by baxton for 4 or 5 years. The original property manager, Libby, was really nice and very professional - I only have good things to say about her. However, once she left things deteriorated pretty quickly with the replacement staff at best incompetent, at worst blatantly attempting to engage in conduct not in compliance with the residential tenancy act.
