I went to cancel a mobile roadworthy and they still charged $150 and did a false inspection

Brilliant service from knowledgeable people, and a bit of banter thrown in as well
Well where do I start, got quoted a price for work being done. After they said they do this all the time mysteriously went over $500 for no particular reason. Got the car back late. Then the car was leaking oil and wanted 600 plus gst to fix. something that was their fault which was an o-ring they didn’t put back on properly. Which I found out was related to the works they did from another mechanic. and payed 400 dollars instead of somthing that should have been free. Current branch manager totally unprofessional. Spent the last 6 months there questioning this new bloke and his work ethics and empty "scare" tactics. Put some heat on the bloke and he cowers. Glad NAPA sacked the bloke after not even 3 months. This branch has bled all of their top customers and they have all packed up and moved on - stay away!
