Very friendly staff and clean wonderful place love this store this is what a shop should be . Mr Baxter is the best very friendly and helpful number one in my book 😃
They used to be good always heard they were the best but for my experience the The mechanic does a good job but service manager gives bad advice and hangs you out to dry for when it goes wrong cost me thousands of dollars had a motor built there and it’s been nothing but problems ever since I got it back they replaced a bunch of stuff under warranty should’ve never happened then. I told him how many miles I had on my lifters. He won’t work with me on labor cost when the lifters went bad because he said they were good
I broke down 10 miles from Baxter's Harley Davidson got running and made to their garage door where the bike would not start again it was 3pm on 8-30-25 Labor Day weekend they found a bad stator replaced it and had my on the road by 5pm very very fair price outstanding customer service stop to see everyone there if you are in the area thank you to all who helped me get through my trip
All around wonderful experience. Friendliest & helpful people to do business with.
