Would not recommend for a mobile closing with this title company. Communication was not helpful, I was never given a clear time on when my closing would be and in fact waited all day for any information after I followed up, meaning I waited at home almost all day for closing to happen. I had to follow up to get the electronic versions of all of my documents after they said they were located in their portal and they were not. They were not clear with me on what address would be used on deed and incorrect address was listed.
