This is a dangerous physician who should be nowhere near allowed animals let alone people/patients. On Nj govt own websites in his suspension/revocation paperwork of his medical licensure he ran an illegal doriden/codeine pill mill “hits” clinic out of his office (this combination of meds that he peddled is stronger than street heroin). Dr. Baxter lied to my family multiple times to take advantage of us and strengthen his case supporting his own agenda. After he gained our trust, he turned against us and was more of a problem then a help. When it was mentioned that he was going against his word, he vehemently denied it and got extremely worked up. He verbally abused my mother who was very upset and needed comfort. I have been going to Dr. Baxter for close to 2 years now. He is very knowledgeable and friendly whenever he is in the office. He has helped me tremendously with my condition and has been nothing but helpful. He is one of the only doctors I met who actually cares about me and isn't just trying to push drugs down my throat. If your looking for a friendly, experienced doctor, give Dr. Baxter a try.
