The staff here is great. I received very good care with a carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Rauls. I was the first surgery of the day for him and was in and out very quickly. Everyone explained everything in detail and answered any questions. Dr. Rauls even said a prayer before surgery which was impressive in my opinion. I appreciated it very much. I have had to have procedures twice in the last two years here. The staff is amazing, everyone is kind, helpful and caring about their patients! My last procedure was 4/2/2025… from the start, all employees were considerate and supportive! Thank you for making this an experience that was positive.
My first surgery at the new outpatient surgery center was a very positive experience. All the nurses were so nice and helpful. Dr Lloret, the anesthesiologist, explained everything and took his time, even with a little humor. He was such a nice man. The ladies in the operating room were great as well. They made me feel very comfortable, and weren't in a hurry. The anesthetist was fantastic, I believe her name was Angela.
