There was confusion concerning paperwork before my procedure. I arrived unsure if they'd received the necessary paperwork. They in fact did receive the paperwork and the procedure was performed without a hitch. I did find out that they did everything they could to ensure the paperwork arrived. They went above and beyond to get the paperwork. So many thanks for that. I also must say that the volunteer gentleman in the lobby was outstanding and if I could have hugged him I would have. My wife loved him. Thank you!

The staff here is great. I received very good care with a carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Rauls. I was the first surgery of the day for him and was in and out very quickly. Everyone explained everything in detail and answered any questions. Dr. Rauls even said a prayer before surgery which was impressive in my opinion. I appreciated it very much.
