Literally just got a call at midnight they are releasing an 80 year old man at midnight with no notice. Then upset that it will take time to come get him
I’ve delivered at this hospital before and never had any issues—until my most recent experience. What should have been a joyful time welcoming our newborn turned into a deeply upsetting and stressful ordeal. To start, our room was not cleaned properly, and much of the equipment wasn’t working. I recently went to this ER after experiencing concerning symptoms — chest tightness, sharp back pain, dizziness, and a strange feeling in my left arm. We gave dispatch a 20-minute heads-up and stayed on the phone during arrival, but no one met us at the ER entrance for several minutes despite using the red phone and waiting right outside.
