I sat in ER waiting for over an hour and was told there were no exam rooms available. The waiting room we were waiting gave clear view of the old main ER area where many nurses were chatting together. The was no sign of an abundance of filled rooms as the activity was next to nothing on a Tues noon . I left

Today, Nov.15, 2025 I transported my Niece to this abomination of an Emergency medical facility. She is experiencing severe abdominal pain. Sitting in the ER waiting room for nearly 4 hours finally was taken into the treatment area. Another 2 hours passed and during this period she received absolutely the most rude staff including the ER Doctor Schultz. I went to the emergency room to be detoxed. If they wouldn’t do it why did they admit me ? I have fluid on my lungs and a leaky heart valve. This is why I needed to be detoxed. They put me in a room with no blanket or pillow and had my bed strait up. All the did was take blood, Ezra and put in a I V port, never gave me an I V or medication. I had to call to use the bathroom. No one checked on me until the doctor came in . She was rude and said she can’t do anything for me and that I would have to go to treatment.
