I was really sick over a month could not walk. I called in my gout meds and Baxter refused to renew my meds ;unless they saw me. I had been in dire pain and I have kidney failure and TOF heart condition. I wound up in ER for treatment . I told the clinic that they were terrible and I would find another clinic . The person took me off their list so for weeks I had no doctor. Seriously, if you can not handle a grumpy hurting patient what are you going to do. Not very professional . Dr. Stevens is amazing. But his nurse practitioner has driven me to take my files and want to leave. Never able to get a call back with lab results. She writes everyone off as if there isn't an issue. I have been with this office for over 3 years, so has my family. It's a constant chase to get stuff sent through or done unless its done by the Dr himself.

Doctor did not listen to my issues nor examine me one time. Had to go weekly to get referrals to get help with my health issues and still trying.. finally moved to another provider that actually cares and does exams and takes care of their patient needs

I was referred to a gentlemen named Dr. Ben Stevens a few years ago by family. Dr. Stevens cares about his patients in a way that is very apparent in the proactive care he gives. He does not treat the symptoms alone. I’ve been a patient of his for years now and the great deal of faith in this man I’ve had has only grown. He listens.
