Not always the best reason to meet someone from in this business segment. However James was very helpful in providing legal services and advice.
Gave them a large sum of money as a deposit and the funds were used to make frivolous phone calls to the other party’s attorney. When I asked regarding the deposit and used funds because they had their fat greedy fingers out again, (you do not legally have to pay for frivolous phone calls per osb) I was dropped 2 days before trial. They didn’t even put out any subpoenas that needed to go out. Out of the thousands I gave them up front I only received a small portion back and I had to fight for that.
