I've used this company for my tankless water heater install last year and was really happy with the techs attitude and super clean install. Used them again today to repair a 1940's toilet flange cemented into the cement house pad. Yet again, different tech, great attitude, creative/smart problem solving skills, and cleaned up the area really well. I'll always do business with this company. I started working with Baxter about five years ago at my residence and in my commercial kitchen about two years ago. Jack and James arrived just in the nick of time to save my bacon again today. The professionals at Baxter offer ready solutions that are both wise and cost-effective. This team addresses issues without complaint and have never returned to correct their own work. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy and super efficient.
I am very impressed with the service I received with Baxter. They were prompt, professional and respectful of my time and home. They accidentally installed the wrong product but took full responsibility and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. They also offered to pay for the inspection of the new installation. This is a local business and we should all do our best to support it. Kudos to them.
