On the same day, Paul came and did a repair in the bathroom and Scottie did a drain cleaning. Both techs were friendly, explained the options, and in Scottie's case, hung in there on a not so easy job. I appreciated their professionalism and would gladly use Baxter Plumbing in the future.
Installed a new faucet for us and gladly checked out our fridge water valve per request. Baxter got us taken care of quickly and charged a very fair price. Thanks guys!
Called at the end of the day and scheduled Baxter plumbing to come clear my kitchen drain. To my surprise they were able to come the next morning at 8am. My guy (sorry I forgot his name) showed up at 8am on the dot. He went right to work and got my drain cleared with a little helper under the sink. Tito never disappoints in the intrusiveness. Have used Baxter twice singing moving to the Eugene area. Both times they were excellent from Brina at the office to the guys that came out. I had 2 issues going on so today Tanner , Colby and Scotty came out and were awesome! Super friendly and quick! Highly recommend!
I called Baxter to have a mixing valve replaced in my shower.. after getting here the valve didn't need replaced at all, just some adjustments needed to be made.. Cooper and Scotty only charged half price of the mandatory hr service call because it's was fast and easy. Definitely call Baxter for your issues...they could have not done the right thing and ripped me off and I wouldn't have known better... thats what makes a good company. *Edit/update, about a year later I call again, they show up within 2 hrs, for a toilet issu... read more
