Super clean mobile home park.
Very clean and well maintained
Managed by stackhouse, stay away. Rent and fees get raised every 6 months and you get nothing for it. You pay your own trash, water, sewage and property taxes. Management is un reachable and out of state. Terrible since ownership changed.
Rent is too high for a place that offers no amenities, rent does not include water, sewage or trash and along with paying yearly taxes of about 1500 per year it is too much. Roads are too narrow, especially cramped with the addition of curb side trash. Management is offensive and nearly impossible to reach by phone. There is only one entrance/exit and it is very unsafe and should be against ordinance. Was a nice, quiet, & affordable place to live until Stackhouse began to manage it. Rents have skyrocketed. Maintenence is non-existent. Property manager contacts change as frequently as underwear & without informing tenants. New ownership is only interested in packing new lots with cheap trailers & gouging tenants.
