I bough a home in October, and I regret it, Stqckhouse does not honor the warranty they say that comes with the home. Also some of the neighbors are real jag offs, most are nice. Just don’t understand why people have to be so nasty.
I bought a Mobile home offer them in November. It has been a nightmare, trying to deal with this company. I have a warranty on the phone, but no way of contact or anything to get things fixed that I need handled. Why are a warranty if you’re not going to honor it also trying to get a hold of somebody is nearly impossible. You called the number and it constantly says they’re on the other line. Super clean mobile home park.
Very clean and well maintained
Managed by stackhouse, stay away. Rent and fees get raised every 6 months and you get nothing for it. You pay your own trash, water, sewage and property taxes. Management is un reachable and out of state. Terrible since ownership changed.
