Front desk people are very rude and the doctor didn’t make me feel any better. It was like she didn’t believe anything that I said to her I will be spreading the word and hopefully you guys can find nicer people to work upfront so people can feel like they’re comfortable there instead of disrespect disrespected.
The Dr’s and physical therapist are amazing, the front desk employees are very rude and very unprofessional. They make me dread appointments or dread having to call or deal with them at all. I have stopped going 3 different times due to the front desk staff.. such a bummer because like I said the Dr’s and physical therapists are amazing. Great staff and establishment. Saved me from endless prescription drugs being needed every day.
Awful experience. I've tried twice to get an appointment here. They are reluctant to work with military medical insurance AND require five years of medical history *before* they will set an appointment to establish primary care. Try doing that with military and civilian records in four states. And the first appointment will be at least month away if you can get to the point where they will set it.
I have been going to BMC for a little over a month. They have some of the nicest medical personnel. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to overcome chronic long term pain and pain management.
