i have worked for baxter life care on and off since 2014 when they first started the have always supported me and made me better at my role within the company the directors always there when u need to talk to them an amazing company always been proud to be with them
Genuinely couldn't write some of the things I know about this company. They are unsafe and awful to work for. I feel sorry for the staff left there, because they don't know what they have let themselves in for! Their HR processes are terrible and god forbid you want to leave, they have a reputation for not giving references across Blackpool and will make your life a misery. Avoid like the plague! Look at their CQC inspection too.
Communication is really poor. Staff that turn up often seem demotivated and frustrated at the rota they have been given sent to all ends of Blackpool with limited travel time. Constant staff absence, several missed visits without contact to let us know. The CQC rated this company"requires improvement" under the "well led" catagory, in my view this is spot on.
