They are the nicest people! They always take great care of me. Would not go to ANY of those other places, they spend too much money on advertising.
Dale and Nicole are great to work with and also just plain nice folks. I always look forward to seeing them. Most impressive to me was their exchanging of my inoperative hearing aids for a new pair at absolutely no charge to me! Fortunately, they were still under warranty but I expected to have to pay something, but no, nothing! I heartily recommend Baxter to anyone with a hearing problem.
Great people to deal with. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and most of all truthful. We gladly give them our highest recommendation.
