I came here to unload the cargo before the new year.A girl named Maria who was taking the load was very rude.She wouldn 't even let me use the toilet that was meant for drivers .The worst unloading location for the past year.I'm complaining in the right places about this rude attitude towards delivery drivers.No one has the right to refuse to use the toilet.

My mother is beginning in-home dialysis. As part of that regimen, Baxter is to deliver equipment. Today my mother was at her appointment at Davita and a call came in to their office indicating Baxter was at her home with that delivery. All of us were puzzled since we got no notice they were coming. That said, we went home as soon as her appointment concluded. Had a delivery driver came to my residence without wearing a mask. On Oct 21, 2020.... Called the corporate office and filed a complaint. The representative tells me that as long as the driver doesn't come in my house. Then they are allowed not to wear a mask. Now this is bogus , messed up rule. First your company is dealing with at risk people. So yes the driver should wear a mask during his entire shift. Especially since they have to talk to the resident when they ring the door bell .
