David S. is right on the money. Rude and significantly overpriced. Our fault because didn't get a detailed quote beforehand. Make sure you get an estimate and a couple of quotes if you're tempted to use Baxter. You will then be able to make your own judgements. Caveat emptor.

If you like being charged $193.00 for a part that costs $20 retail, then you'll love these guys. If you like being lectured about the cost of running a heat & air company when you call assuming there was a mistake on the bill, then you'll like Baxter Electric. As for me, I'll never call them again!

Don't let a bad employee speak for a whole company! I almost did and this is a good company that doesn't deserve that! I am a pregnant wife that works from home so I have to deal with many of the contractors that we hire. We used Baxter to move some piping over and I could tell that the man who was sent to our house was off from the beginning. He wouldn't make eye contact and was very awkward and rude.
