I was Dr DeRyck client for over 3 years. She lied to me personally from the start of the assessment, covered up for the abusive, negligent and unprofessional behaviours and actions of OTs and my employers negligence that caused my injury. She stated she had my back on numerous occasions, once I requested my entire file, I found out she never had my back and she blamed me for the injury and the abuses I sustained from the OTs. Great office of staff; courteous and helpful. Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable and has helped me for several years when I have been through a bad spot in time. I have learned a lot from her positive perspective and has always been professional as well as understanding and patient. Thank you.
