Terrible customer service. Dismissive and rude front reception. Mocked me when looking to book an appointment.
They gave our dog a dignified and graceful end to his life, and took us on very short notice when nobody else would. We're grateful to them.

I brought my young French bulldog to Baxter Animal Hospital for an emergency visit due to rapid weight loss, refusal to eat, and extreme lethargy. The vet recommended both an X-ray and bloodwork, but I could only afford one. I asked which would be more helpful in diagnosing him, and after a quick chest exam, they recommended the X-ray. It came back normal. The vet knew blood work would’ve been a better option, as you can figure out a lot more with doing so.
