Many bad experiences at this place. Let’s just say, i had to switch vets to save my cats life. When I tried to explain to the receptionist on the phone my concerns about what is not getting done for my cat, she got offended and didn’t even apologize… that was the moment I realized I had to switch vets so my baby could be ok. Forever disappointed.
Terrible customer service. Dismissive and rude front reception. Mocked me when looking to book an appointment.
They gave our dog a dignified and graceful end to his life, and took us on very short notice when nobody else would. We're grateful to them.
Clean, organized, friendly. Takes appointments. Knowledgeable staff, very polite. ❤️
