Nurse Emely was very kind and Dr. Ngyuenphat was impressive in how well he explained everything and showing how knowledgeable he is in his field, very respectful and very informative.
My husband and I had a great experience at Baxter and Cleo Veterinary Clinic in Spring Branch. Our Pug puppy is in good hands. We would highly recommend the clinic.
I called for an emergency appointment and Baxter and Cleo Vet found availability within the hour to bring in my beloved Doberman, Taco. Dr. Nguyen-Phat and Dr. Tran were extremely prompt in seeing Taco to get imaging done and gave sound medical advice for next steps to bring him to the ER after getting imaging done by them. I can't thank them enough, if you're in the area - you're in good hands with Baxter and Cleo Vet. A+, highly recommended
I had a wonderful experience at Baxter & Cleo Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Nguyenphat did an amazing job taking care of my cats. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to make sure they were comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything to me. It’s always stressful when you’re worried about your pets, but I felt confident knowing they were in good hands. Thank you, Dr. Nguyenphat and the Baxter & Cleo team, for taking such great care of my cats! ... read more
