Super shady company , literally tried to track down my security deposit over a month after I left. No letter with itemized damages or any information at all. When I’m finally able to get in contact , they proceed to tell me all of these issues that were never there when I left! Strategically it came up to the full amount of the security.
Super shady They will only respond to you when it’s convenient to them. Also when moving in, they made it sound as though they would replace cabinets and paint the walls no problem. They then charged us for this and had it add up conveniently to exactly what our security deposit was. I highly recommend reading the other reviews as well, I sure wish I did beforehand.
