Smithwick did a great job for me.
When my father became ill and we needed to secure a POA, Mr. Baxley dragged the proceedings out for more than three weeks and then refused to acknowledge any calls or emails regarding completion of the paperwork. Bills piled up and medical decisions could not be made in my father's best interest because of the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by Mr. Baxley.
