I recently bought a KTM 390 adventure brand new off the showroom floor. I drove it twice when it started blowing oil out the side of the engine which was bad enough to ruin a new pair of $200 boots. Obviously no one wants a motorcycle that does this before it hit 100 miles because there has to be some damage incurred from the engine being open to the elements.
