Called about 2 months ago to have a whole house generator wired up. Talked to Charles on a Wednesday. Could meet Friday to give estimate. Asked me to call thurs to confirm. Called Thursday to confirm, talked to jennifer(wife) said they would be out fri after 12. Stayed home all afternoon no show. No call at 5.30 I called got Jennifer said they hadn't come in yet but could come Monday . This was a 4k job.this is pathetic way of doing business..p.s. this was july 18, 2025. I reckon KARMA showed up later!!!!!!
