They intentionally deflate the costs on the quote/estimate so you will choose them. ****** work was done, personal property destroyed in the process without compensation, no consideration for homeowner's personal property and home in general. Stay away from this contractor. The bids come in at a reasonable price. They get you to sign the contract and you are trapped. No matter how high they go over on the project you are locked in and have to shell out the money. Overage on material and labor. Not just a little but almost double the bid. Decline to pay and get threatened with going to collections and losing your deposit money. This is the first bad review I have ever been a part of and its for good reason. This company is a ripoff. Buyer beware!
Terrible services and terrible landlord’s. We rented a house from them and it flooded with sewage for over a week before they sent someone to fix it, and this was over Thanksgiving! The smell was so horrific that our family had to leave early. The tub, toilet, and showers all leaked and overflowed all the time. A plumber was called out 8 times in 4 months. Horrible customer service!!! I contacted Bax a month before my desired work to be completed. Received a quote and agreed. I verified twice that my timeline of needing work to be completed wouldn’t be an issue. Bax then never contacted me again. I texted the day before We had agreed the work to begin. He then canceled services because “he’s not ****** and just waiting for work to come in.” Stay away from this company if you don’t enjoy the run around and being insulted.
