I have been patient at Bawrunga for quite sometime and today the treatment I received when attending an appointment that was booked by them for followup after a surgery. They refused to treat my post-oprative wound for the removal of stitches. I can not get in to see another doctor in this area. Whatever happened to patient care and not to say the customer service from which I presume was the practice manager so rude....oh and no apology.
Could not recommend this surgery any more. We were there on holidays and needed our 5 year old’s stitchers checked and removed. They got us in straight away and were so lovely.
Very friendly staff. Doctor was very thorough.
