I booked in with reception after inquiring explicitly for a whooping couch vaccine (to safely be around a newborn) and was assured with confidence upon booking that this was possible. I attended the appointment (cost $82) to be told they don't keep stock (Inspite of my having booked in a week earlier for that vaccination explicitly) and was given a script, and told I would have to rebook another appointment to receive it which could be tricky with drs limited availability. Like most regional medical services there is a lack of doctors & lack of appointment availability but we are very lucky as Dr Phu is a great Doctor & Denise is fantastic & very helpful, never had an issue with the level of care that I receive here.
