If you’re looking for great biryani in the Triangle, Bawarchi Grill & Spirits in Apex is definitely worth trying! I’ve tried goat and chicken biryani at many different places across the Triangle, and this is by far one of the best I’ve had. The biryani was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the meat was cooked really well. Everyone in my family loved it, and even the kids enjoyed it a lot—which is always a big plus! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for biryani lovers! 🍗🍚🔥

This is m my first time Ordering with your restaurant. Honestly, Just, the chicken starter was good, but as y’all said that the Biryani is going to be juicy and all of that the Biryani was purely purely bland.We had an event yesterday and all my guest were very disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani, and it was nothing like an authentic dum biryani. It looked and tasted as if the chicken had been steamed or cooked separately and then mixed with the biryani rice. I could even smell the steamed chicken, and there was none of the distinctive aroma or flavor that comes from the traditional dum cooking process. Worst manager. Don’t know how to treat customers also. I have seen some of the management replies to negative reviews. Is this the way you treat customers.never going to come back to this place.
