Bawa General Contracting just raised the bar for home projects. They built a retaining wall in my backyard that’s actually gorgeous - yes, a wall can be gorgeous. They also redid my son’s bathroom, and the quality is unreal. Now he voluntarily brushes his teeth just to hang out in there! On top of all that, their prices can’t be beat. Quality work, great value, and genuinely nice people. Bawa is my go-to from now on. Highly recommend, five stars!
I have recently bought a house and hired Bawa General Contracting to do my renovations. The process was very smooth and they communicated clearly and were very informative during the entire process. They renovated my kitchen, master bathroom, and the roof. Their work was impeccable and they cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend them for any interior and exterior renovations!
I am truly disappointed in the way this company does business. They want to charge for certain services that are usually complimentary and require retainers for bare minimum work. Being fair and transparent also includes integrity. Charging to drive to a site is uncommon. I am glad we decided not to move forward with this company.
Terrible business. These people wanted to charge me a deposit of $5000 without doing any work. Then I paid $2,500 expecting a deliverable which they never provided. He then tells me he is unable to do the work right after I deposited $2,500. When I ask for my refund, he tells me I will only get $1,290 back because he already visited the property. Bawa GC did an excellent job completely renovating our old blue bathroom to a modern bathroom with tile work and the latest fixtures. The owner was willing to work with our timeline and got the entire project done within a week. The communication was professional and timely from start to finish. The bathroom was completed with attention to detail and resulted in a beautiful bathroom upgrade for our apartment.
