The initial service to tell us our oven was not working was quick. Believe to have ordered required part 8 weeks later nobody returns our calls. Terrible terrible service
I'm not usually this type of person but, If I could I would give them no stars. I have been waiting on a phone call to get my Fisher and Paykel dryer repaired but have had nothing come through. I have called about 8 times with no return phone call. I have spoken to Fisher and Paykel and they have told me that Baw Baw Electrical have tried calling me multiple times - absolute lies! This has been on going since March. Would not recommend!
Never use this company communication poor and care factor ZERO!!!!
Use these guys for a warranty claim through Electrolux. They came out had a look at my washing machine had no idea what was wrong with it. And then told me that it would be the computer. But wasn’t sure. Then the next time I called them( a week later) was told that parts were on order. This was 6 weeks ago!!! Now they don’t answer their phone. Terrible service!
